Warranty and Maintenance
Our ceramic works are proudly handcrafted in a way that is uniquely ENTLER. Our materials and process result in a consistent appearance with natural minor variations from piece to piece, including the glaze color, texture, and finish. These variations are inherent to the ceramic process and add to the one-of-a-kind beauty of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure that it lives up to our high standards of quality as well as those our customers have come to expect.
We warranty our ceramic products for up to three years from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. If an issue arises with your ENTLER piece, please email studio@entler.co with details and we will help resolve the issue.
WARRANTY: ENTLERCO LLC (hereafter referred to as ENTLER) warrants, to the original purchaser only, that the product shall be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty expires three (3) years from the date of delivery. If the buyer discovers within this period a failure of the product to conform to specifications, or a defect in material or workmanship, the buyer must promptly notify ENTLER Studio in writing at (studio@entler.co). Within a reasonable time after notification, ENTLER will correct any failure of the product to conform to specifications or any defect in material or workmanship, with either new or used replacement parts. Such repair, including both parts and labor, will be performed at ENTLER’s expense. If ENTLER is unable to repair the product to conform to the warranty after a reasonable number of attempts, ENTLER shall then decide in its sole discretion how to repair or replace the defective product without cost to the purchaser.
These remedies are the purchaser’s only remedies for breach of warranty. In no event shall ENTLER be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon a breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theory. ENTLER will also not be held responsible for damages that include but are not limited to: loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of the product, cost of substitute equipment or downtime, and/or any third party claims. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident or misuse occurring after such product is delivered including (a) any product, components, or parts not manufactured by ENTLER; (b) defects caused by failure to provide a suitable installation environment for the product; (c) damage caused by use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed; (d) damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, wind, and lightning; (e) damage caused by unauthorized attachments or modifications; (f) damage during shipment; or (g) any other abuse or misuse by the purchaser.
The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Your ENTLER lamp is a handmade ceramic object and must be handled with care.
Glazed ceramic surfaces can be dusted with a feather duster and when needed, cleaned with mild surface cleaner such as Mrs. Meyers sprayed on a soft cloth. Avoid spraying the piece directly.
Palladium and other luster overglaze finishes should be gently cleaned with silver polish such as Goddard’s.
Unfinished brass hardware can be cleaned with brass polish such as Brasso. Apply a small amount to a soft cloth and rub the brass. Avoid getting brass polish on the glazed surface.
The bulbs shipped with your light fixture are Edison type screw-in LED’s. The bulb we use is Bulbrite 776612. Specs below.

Color Matching
Entler matches colors.
Send us your RAL, Pantone, or paint color reference and we’ll get to work. We mix our glazes in-house and the variables are endless.
Most colors can be matched using ceramic pigments from Mason Color which as been providing support to the ceramics and other industries since 1842.
The process involves careful formulation of a range of options, test firing, then adjusting the formula to calibrate to a close match. We often go through this process multiple times to achieve the desired result.
While not all colors are possible to duplicate precisely in ceramic glazes, our glaze artist, Nichole welcomes the challenge and we most often find an adequate match with a bit of effort.
The cost for the first 3 rounds of formulation and testing is $500. Images will be provided, and physical samples are available upon request. If subsequent iterations are required, each round will be billed at $250.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made via ACH transfer, check (payable to ENTLER Studio), or credit card. An order confirmation will be sent via email once an order has been placed and payment has been made.
PRICES
Prices are available on the website or by request, and are subject to change at any time. Any price changes will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
PRODUCTS
Every effort has been made to portray items accurately. Due to the nature of ceramic materials and processes, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colors and finishes is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible of an approximate lead time. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and we always make every effort to deliver by an agreed date. Occasionally events in the supply chain or production cycle may cause a delay in delivery. Please note that our delivery date is an estimate, we cannot accept liability if the product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
Please inspect all goods upon receipt, and only sign for intact and undamaged shipments. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and all packaging must be saved for claims to be considered. Entler Studio cannot be responsible for goods damaged during transport if they were signed for at the destination.
RETURNS
We have created customized packaging to ensure our lamps arrive safely. However, in the event breakage does occur during shipping, we will replace the damaged items at no cost. Replacements will be expedited to the best of our ability and shipped as soon as possible.
A return label will be provided for return of damaged items. Please use the original packaging.
ASSEMBLY
Some products may need assembly upon arrival. Full instructions will be supplied and it is recommended that assembly and installation is performed by a licensed electrician.
CANCELLATIONS
The majority of our products are made to order. In the event that an order must be cancelled, we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the order plus any other delivery or collection fee incurred, unless notification is given within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact us via email as soon as possible if cancellation is necessary.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
In no event shall Entler Studio’s liability exceed the total amount paid to Entler Studio for goods and services under this agreement.
Entler Studio provides goods and services in a manner which meets generally accepted standards for our industry. We use only UL listed lighting component parts, and all our light fixtures can be UL listed for an extra fee.
In the event that at any time, any portion of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, non-binding, or otherwise without legal force or effect, said portion or provision shall be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
We endeavor to present all information accurately, but cannot guarantee that all published information, including catalogs and our website are entirely error free.

Crating & Shipping
ENTLER light fixtures other items are hand-made in ceramic stoneware. Shipping requires a custom wooden crate to protect from damage during transport.
The cost of building the crate, preparing the piece for shipping, and carrier fees are reflected in the amount we bill for shipping.
Domestic and International crating and shipping charges for most orders are applied at checkout.
Some items will require a price quote.
TABLE LAMPS are shipped fully assembled. The crate is closed with phillips-head screws, and a power screwdriver will be required to open. Once opened, straps securing the lamp will be cut and the lamp can be removed from the crate.
FLOOR LAMPS, SCONCES, and CHANDELIERS are shipped disassembled. All parts are labeled as needed, and complete assembly instructions are provided. The assembly and installation must be performed by qualified personnel, such a licensed electrician, lamp repair specialist, or handyperson.
Some larger pieces will ship in multiple crates.
MIRRORS and LARGER PIECES must be shipped via motor freight on a wooden pallet, as they exceed the size and weight limitations of common-carrier-sized parcels.
PLEASE NOTE that the rates billed at checkout cover shipping to destinations within North America, EU and UK. Some other destinations may require a price adjustment.

We ship hundreds of items every year with excellent results. It is important to unpack received shipments promptly. In the rare event that a shipment arrives with damage due to mishandling, we can offer quick and convenient solutions. Please contact the studio for details.
