  • Entler is a ceramic design studio based in Los Angeles, founded by Jonathan Entler in 2015. All of our original designs are produced in-house at our Lincoln Heights studio by a small team of dedicated, talented artisans. We specialize in sculptural lighting and objects, blending organic form with refined craft. Each piece is made to order with close attention to material, process, and finish—resulting in work that feels alive, distinctive, and deeply human.

  • ENTLER works closely with design professionals, architects, and developers. Trade clients receive access to a year-round 15% discount, personalized quotes, customization options, and dedicated support from quote through delivery & installation.

  • We offer over 30 standard colors plus premium options.

    All our finishes are fired ceramic glazes and overglazes. We offer a range of colors in both matte and gloss.

    Our premium options include precious metal lustres such as Palladium and 24k Gold. All our finishes are hand-applied and fired to perfection.

    COLOR MATCHING
    We can match your color. Send us your fabric or wallpaper sample, RAL, Pantone, Benjamin Moore or Farrow & Ball reference and we’ll get to work. We mix our glazes in-house using ceramic pigments from Ferro and Mason Color.

    We begin by carefully formulating and test-firing a sample, then fine-tune the mix to achieve the closest possible match. This process is often repeated several times to get it just right.

    While not all colors are possible to duplicate precisely in ceramic glazes, our glaze artist, Nichole welcomes the challenge! We most often find a very close match with some effort and experimentation.

    For the first round of formulation and testing we bill $750. Images will be provided, and physical samples are available by request. If additional iterations are required, each round will be billed at $275.

  • We welcome creative partnerships and custom commissions. Whether you’re envisioning a variation on one of our existing pieces or something entirely new, we’re equipped to bring it to life. All our tooling and processes are developed in-house, giving us full flexibility to adapt designs, dimensions, finishes, and functionality.

  • HOW TO ORDER

    Place your order through our website checkout, or request a custom quote for larger projects or trade inquiries.

    Payment is due in full when the order is placed. If alternative payment arrangements are required, please contact us.

    LEAD TIMES

    Standard Production: 10–14 weeks from order confirmation and payment

    Our work is made to order in our Los Angeles studio. Once we receive your order and payment, production begins immediately according to our schedule.

    RUSH ORDERS

    Need something sooner? We understand project timelines can require special attention. Contact us about expedited production—we'll work with you to find a solution. Rush fees may apply.

    OUR PROCESS & QUALITY STANDARDS

    Our ceramic production process involves several specialized steps that may require refinement to meet quality standards. If we discover an issue that affects your timeline, we'll contact you immediately with options and updated delivery estimates.

    Color matching and custom hardware finishes may extend lead times by 2–4 weeks. Learn more about customization here.

    If a project is taking longer than expected, we'll let you know and stay in touch. Our team is committed to delivering the results our clients rely on.

    AVAILABLE NOW ITEMS

    In-stock pieces require custom crating to ensure safe transport. These items are typically packed and shipped within 2–3 weeks. For time-sensitive occasions or project deadlines, give us your target date when ordering—we'll make it happen.

  • WE SHIP EVERYWHERE.

    ENTLER light fixtures other items are hand-made ceramic objects. Most require a custom wooden crate to protect from damage during transport.

    The amount billed for crating and shipping reflects the cost of labor and materials for building the crate, preparing the piece for shipping, and carrier fees.

    Crating and shipping charges for most orders are applied at checkout. 
    Some items will require a price quote.

    TABLE LAMPS are shipped fully assembled. The crate is closed with phillips-head screws, and a power screwdriver will be required to open. Once opened, straps securing the lamp will be cut and the lamp can be removed from the crate.

    FLOOR LAMPS, LARGER SCONCES, and CHANDELIERS are shipped with assembly required. All component parts are labeled as needed, and complete assembly instructions are provided. The assembly and installation must be performed by qualified personnel, such as a licensed electrician, lamp specialist, or handyperson.

    Some larger pieces will ship in multiple crates.

    MIRRORS and LARGER CHANDELIERS must be shipped via motor freight, as they exceed the size and weight limitations of common-carrier-sized parcels.

    PLEASE NOTE  the rates billed at checkout cover shipping to destinations within North America, EU and UK. Other destinations may require a price quote, available by request.

    We ship hundreds of items every year with excellent results. It is important to unpack received shipments promptly. In the rare event that a shipment arrives with damage due to mishandling, we can offer quick and convenient solutions. Please contact the studio for details.

    All shipments are fully insured. If a damage claim is required, we must receive notification within 3 days of receipt. Photos of the packaging and damaged items will be required to process a claim. We cannot provide coverage outside of these requirements.

  • Entler fixtures are UL and CE compliant. Documentation will be provided with your order.

  • Your ENTLER piece is a handmade ceramic object, and deserves to be handled with care.

    How to ensure a long and beautiful life for your ENTLER:

    1. Use a feather duster on glazed ceramic surfaces
    2. When needed, clean with a mild surface cleaner (we use Mrs. Meyers Aromatherapy Spray Cleaner) sprayed on a soft cloth
    3. Do not spray the piece directly
    4. For Palladium and other precious metal lustre overglaze finishes, use a silver polish (we use Goddard’s Silver Polish) by gently rubbing the surface with a small amount of the polishing medium applied to a soft cloth. 
    5. Use a brass polish (we use Brasso) on unfinished brass hardware by applying a small amount to a soft cloth and rubbing the brass. 
    6. Avoid getting brass or silver polish on glazed ceramic surfaces.

    DELIVERY & RECEIPT

    ENTLER STUDIO SHIPS HUNDREDS OF ORDERS EACH YEAR AND HAS DEVELOPED CUSTOMIZED PACKAGING TO PROTECT EACH PIECE IN TRANSIT. IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING, OUR TEAM WILL ASSESS THE SITUATION AND DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE COURSE OF ACTION.

    PLEASE INSPECT ALL SHIPMENTS UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT SIGN FOR DELIVERIES THAT APPEAR DAMAGED. IF DAMAGE IS DISCOVERED, IT MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY. ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE RETAINED. PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE EXTERIOR OF THE SHIPMENT (BEFORE UNPACKING), THE DAMAGED ITEM, AND THE INTERNAL PACKAGING ARE REQUIRED. THESE MATERIALS ARE NECESSARY TO INITIATE AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND DETERMINE NEXT STEPS.

    RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED IT CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELED.

    ASSEMBLY

    SOME ITEMS REQUIRE ASSEMBLY UPON ARRIVAL. FULL INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SUPPLIED. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION BE PERFORMED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.

    LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

    IN NO EVENT SHALL ENTLER STUDIO'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO ENTLER STUDIO FOR GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

    ENTLER STUDIO PROVIDES GOODS AND SERVICES IN A MANNER WHICH MEETS GENERALLY ACCEPTED STANDARDS FOR OUR INDUSTRY. WE USE ONLY UL LISTED LIGHTING COMPONENT PARTS, AND ALL OUR LIGHT FIXTURES CAN BE UL LISTED FOR AN EXTRA FEE.

    IN THE EVENT THAT AT ANY TIME, ANY PORTION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE FOUND TO BE INVALID, ILLEGAL, UNENFORCEABLE, NON-BINDING, OR OTHERWISE WITHOUT LEGAL FORCE OR EFFECT, SAID PORTION OR PROVISION SHALL BE SEVERED FROM THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE REMAINING PORTIONS WILL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

    THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
