  • We love customizations, and ANYTHING is possible. ENTLER creates all our own original tooling and processes and we would love to know what you have in min d!

  • We offer 24 standard colors plus premium options.

    We can also match colors! Send us your RAL, Pantone, or paint color reference and we’ll get to work — the possibilities are endless. We mix our glazes in-house using ceramic pigments from Ferro and Mason Color, which has been serving the ceramics industry since 1842.  

    Our process involves a careful formulation, test firing, then final calibration to ensure a close match. We often go through this process multiple times to achieve the desired result.

    While not all colors are possible to duplicate precisely in ceramic glazes, our glaze artist Nichole welcomes the challenge! We most often find a very close match with a bit of effort and experimentation.

    The first three rounds of formulation and testing is $700. Images will be provided, and physical samples are available upon request. If additional iterations are required, each round will be billed at $275.

  • When the order is placed, our team will get started on production right away. Most orders are completed in 10 to 14 weeks from the date the order is placed and payment is made.

    Once your order is complete we'll send a notification to set up a pickup appointment.

    If your order is shipping, we'll be carefully preparing it for transport with a custom wooden crate. We are a small team and we give each shipment special attention. If fulfillment is taking longer than expected, feel free to check in and we'll update you on the status. We always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

    Due to the sensitive nature of ceramic materials and processes, our fulfillment estimates are sometimes affected by unforeseen challenges. Sometimes the specific materials and colorants are temporarily unavailable, and in other instances, the results of a particular firing batch are not as expected. We are good at what we do, and we can assimilate many circumstances within our usual turnaround timeframe.

    If your order is delayed for any reason please know that we are working to solve the issue and we'll be happy to provide status updates.

    Custom orders can take a bit longer from the date of your deposit payment, depending on the level of customization and any required testing and/or development. We'll provide a timeline estimate during the customization order process.

  • Entler Table Lamps are shipped fully assembled.

    Some of our other fixtures require assembly, and full instructions will be included with your order. It is strongly recommended that assembly and installation is performed by a licensed electrician.

  • Our ceramic works are proudly handcrafted at our studio in LA in a way that is uniquely ENTLER. Our materials and process result in a consistent appearance with natural minor variations from piece to piece, including the glaze color, texture, and finish. These variations are inherent to the slip-casting and glazing processes and add to the one-of-a-kind beauty of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure that it lives up to our high standards of quality as well as those our customers have come to expect.

  • Our ceramic products are under warranty for up to three years from date of purchase for proven defects in manufacture. If an issue arises with your ENTLER piece, please submit a support request form and we will help resolve the issue.

  • Your handmade ENTLER piece is made by our team especially for you when you place an order. Our work is not available on a trial basis.

    All sales are final.

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ENTLER piece, please contact us and we will do our best to create a solution.

  • Your ENTLER piece is a handmade ceramic object, and deserves to be handled with care.

    How to ensure a long and beautiful life for your ENTLER:

    1. Use a feather duster on glazed ceramic surfaces
    2. When needed, clean with a mild surface cleaner (we use Mrs. Meyers Aromatherapy Spray Cleaner) sprayed on a soft cloth
    3. Do not spray the piece directly
    4. For Palladium and other precious metal lustre overglaze finishes, use a silver polish (we use Goddard’s Silver Polish) by gently rubbing the surface with a small amount of the polishing medium applied to a soft cloth. 
    5. Use a brass polish (we use Brasso) on unfinished brass hardware by applying a small amount to a soft cloth and rubbing the brass. 
    6. Avoid getting brass or silver polish on glazed ceramic surfaces. 
  • The bulbs shipped with your light fixture are Edison type screw-in LEDs.

    1. For fixtures intended for locations in North America and some Central and South American countries where E-12 sockets are the standard, we use Bulbrite 776612 in warm white. Full specs can be viewed here.
    2. Lamps shipping abroad are wired for 240V and fitted with E-14 sockets. Due to fluctuations in availability, we cannot guarantee or recommend a specific brand, but the specs are: E-14 base, G16.5 Globe, 2700k, 4w, 400 lumens. Bulbs meeting these standards are widely available.
    1. Trailing edge dimmers work well with the bulbs included with your ENTLER light fixture. We recommend Lutron dimmers for both plug-in and remote control.

  • All ENTLER fixtures are UL & CE compliant. Appropriate documentation is included in every shipment, and the corresponding marks are applied to the fixture.

  • ENTLER lamps and other fixtures are built to last, and with care, will endure for generations.

    After all, some of the oldest known human-made objects are in fact ceramic. That being said, they are vulnerable to breakage if dropped.

    Don't worry, we can help! If you're in Los Angeles, you can bring your ENTLER lamp to our studio for repair. If that's not convenient, just fill in this form and we'll reply with a proposed solution. We can usually provide replacement parts fairly quickly, and your local handyperson, electrician, or lamp repair shop can restore your lamp to its original condition.

  • PAYMENT

    PAYMENT CAN BE MADE VIA ACH TRANSFER, CHECK (PAYABLE TO ENTLER STUDIO), OR CREDIT CARD. AN ORDER CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.

    DELIVERY AND RECEIPT

    PLEASE INSPECT ALL GOODS UPON RECEIPT, AND ONLY SIGN FOR INTACT AND UNDAMAGED SHIPMENTS. ANY DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY AND ALL PACKAGING MUST BE SAVED FOR CLAIMS TO BE CONSIDERED. ENTLER STUDIO CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GOODS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT IF THEY WERE SIGNED FOR AT THE DESTINATION.
     

    RETURNS

    WE HAVE CREATED CUSTOMIZED PACKAGING TO ENSURE OUR LAMPS ARRIVE SAFELY.  HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT BREAKAGE DOES OCCUR DURING SHIPPING, WE WILL REPLACE THE DAMAGED ITEMS AT NO COST. REPLACEMENTS WILL BE EXPEDITED TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY AND SHIPPED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  

    A RETURN LABEL WILL BE PROVIDED FOR RETURN OF DAMAGED ITEMS. PLEASE USE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

     

    ASSEMBLY

    SOME PRODUCTS MAY NEED ASSEMBLY UPON ARRIVAL. FULL INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SUPPLIED AND IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION IS PERFORMED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.

     

    CANCELLATIONS

    THE MAJORITY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER. IN THE EVENT THAT AN ORDER MUST BE CANCELLED, WE WILL UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% OF THE VALUE OF THE ORDER PLUS ANY OTHER DELIVERY OR COLLECTION FEE INCURRED, UNLESS NOTIFICATION IS GIVEN WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDERING. PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF CANCELLATION IS NECESSARY.

     

    LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

    IN NO EVENT SHALL ENTLER STUDIO’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO ENTLER STUDIO FOR GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

    ENTLER STUDIO PROVIDES GOODS AND SERVICES IN A MANNER WHICH MEETS GENERALLY ACCEPTED STANDARDS FOR OUR INDUSTRY. WE USE ONLY UL LISTED LIGHTING COMPONENT PARTS, AND ALL OUR LIGHT FIXTURES CAN BE UL LISTED FOR AN EXTRA FEE.

    IN THE EVENT THAT AT ANY TIME, ANY PORTION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE FOUND TO BE INVALID, ILLEGAL, UNENFORCEABLE, NON-BINDING, OR OTHERWISE WITHOUT LEGAL FORCE OR EFFECT, SAID PORTION OR PROVISION SHALL BE SEVERED FROM THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE REMAINING PORTIONS WILL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. 

    THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

    WE ENDEAVOR TO PRESENT ALL INFORMATION ACCURATELY, BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL PUBLISHED INFORMATION, INCLUDING CATALOGS AND OUR WEBSITE ARE ENTIRELY ERROR FREE.
